For those of you who don’t know what Twitter is:
In short, Twitter lets you answer the question “what are you doing?” and share it with your friends. Real life happens between blog posts and email.
Twitter is a social media network that lets its users post short messages (up to 140 characters). People (“tweeps” or “tweeple”) can then search those posts (called “tweets”) for keywords, and can “follow” people that write stuff that interests them. You can also post your own tweets for your own tweeps to read.
But this isn’t an advertisement for Twitter. What we’d like you to know is that we’re on Twitter, we’re posting, and we’re listening!
What does this mean to you?
Well, first off, every week day we will try and post a “Featured Product of the Day”, something that Lifetime makes that you might not know about. We’ll also let you know about sales, promotions, and coupons. And, for you all you frugal folks out there, starting later this week, every time we add an item to our “Clearance Items”, yup, you guessed it, we’ll tweet about that, too! Occasionally we may have contests or other fun things you may be interested in.
Now, for the really helpful part: if you have a question, concern, idea for a product, or novel use of a product you can send us a tweet and we’ll make sure your comment gets to the right people.
