Labor Day Fun

Labor Day Fun

Labor Day Fun

I always look forward to Labor Day with such mixed emotions. Naturally, I love having the three-day weekend and having my hubby home for an extra day of fun or to-do projects.  But, it also means summer is officially over.  :(

My son, Nathan, started preschool today so we wanted to spend our Labor Day weekend enjoying the last remaining hours of summer freedom.  We took the kids swimming one day and we also took them to Six Flags Fiesta Texas.  So much fun!  Nathan was tall enough to ride a few of the adult roller coasters this year so that made it even more exciting for all of us.  (Wow, there is nothing more heartwarming than watching your child grin literally ear-to-ear all day long from having such genuine fun and thrills!)

But, just like my last post, our adventure started off with Lifetime!  It’s everywhere!  To enter Six Flags, you have to walk through metal detectors and have your bags inspected, kind of like at an airport.  Behind every metal detector, they had a Lifetime 4-Foot Adjustable Height Table for the security worker to put the bags.  The tables were set at the highest setting (countertop height) so the workers could easily look through bags without having to bend over all day and get a backache.  I was hoping we might catch a glimpse of some more Lifetime tables throughout the park to eat on etc., but most of the eating facilities had permanent table fixtures.  It was still cool to see such a big-name establishment like Six Flags understanding the practicality of Lifetime Adjustable Height Tables!

How to Get More Seating Around Your Patio Table
Are you planning a backyard picnic to celebrate the end of summer or upcoming Labor Day? Still trying to figure out where everyone can sit? If you're like me, you have a nice patio table and chair set, but it seems like I'm still always short just one or two chairsto be able to have everyone sit together. I could set up my Lifetime card table and folding chairs, but it feels awkward having two people dine by themselves away from the group. Well, here's a handy suggestion my mom shared with me that's the perfect solution to your seating dilemma. Typically, the chairs that come with a patio table are very comfy, but they are also usually very wide and feature arm rests. The Newest Lifetime Shed Family Member
Im excited to talk about our new shed that we have been busy working on over the past few months. We have designed a new size with some fresh new features. Through customer research, we learned that you, our awesome consumers, like the width of our 8-foot wide family of sheds, but some of you just don't have the space for a deep shed like our 8x10 or 8x12.5. This new shed is 8 feet wide and 6 feet deep! The shed also has a new look with vertical siding and windows in the doors. It has corner trim to make the colors pop and look good in your yard. Weve also added a skylight that runs the full depth of the shed to allow natural light in so you can more easily see your stuff. Also, this new shed comes with shelving to help you organize your bug spray, weed killer, and whatever else you want to store. With our new design th...
