Brian.jpgWe are excited to share with you that our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Brian Slagle, was recently honored as one of Utah Business Magazine’s “Forty Under 40.”

Each year for the past twelve years Utah Business Magazine has spotlighted forty of the most promising young professionals under 40 years of age. The Forty Under 40 awards are designed to recognize Utah’s best, brightest, and most promising talent. The award highlights up-and-coming leaders and entrepreneurs who have created a ground-breaking technology or an executive who has uniquely brought something more to their position.

“I’m honored to be recognized for this award,” said Slagle. “I’m passionate about working hard to accomplish goals and am grateful to work for a company who cares so much for its employees.”

Spring Break in Port Aransas
Deep breath. Looong slow exhale. Ok, I think Im mentally ready to unwind from my spring break vacation and start writing. As much as my parents deny it, theyre becoming Ohio snowbirds. For the past two years theyve packed their mini van full and moved to Texas for the month of March. They rent a condo right on the beach in Port Aransas on Mustang Island. I am very blessed that they choose to come to Texas rather than Florida so they can spend quality time with me. Ok, who am I kidding, we all know its for the quality time with my kids, not me! :) So, last week we headed to Port Aransas for spring break week to visit my parents. Spring break at Port Aransas is well, different. I did the whole spring break trip to South Padre Island back in my college days. It was pretty much what you see when watching MTVs Spring Break showh...
Scarecrows in Our Halls
If you were walking down the halls of Lifetime's world-headquarters in Clearfield, you would notice something a little out of the ordinary-- Scarecrows lining the walls in many of our buildings. Not your average scarecrows... some have one eye, and others are missing important scarecrow features (other than being more cute than scary). There's a story behind them, and what they represent to those who walk down these halls frequently. After nearly 25 years in Northern Utah, Lifetime Products enjoys longstanding relationships withthe local community, and participates in a variety of local events and causes. Just down the street fromLifetime's Clearfield facility andour world-wide headquarters, is the South Clearfield Elementary School. Lifetimehas partnered with theschool on various programs, and they even proudly display a ban...

With cooler temps just around the corner, we think it's the perfect time of year to use our newest product - the Lifetime Driveway 3 Sport Set.In fact, we are so excited for you to try this product with your family that we've decided to give one away this month! Personally, I love this product because it's so versatile. Shhh. Don't tell my kids, but they'll be seeing this product under our Christmas tree this year! So what exactly is a Lifetime Driveway 3 Sport Set? It's an all-weather net that's secured to 1.75-gallon portable bases that you fill with sand or water. So, that means no cement, no ground stakes, and no support strings to get tangled in when playing! But, the coolest part is that because the net is su...
