Brian.jpgWe are excited to share with you that our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Brian Slagle, was recently honored as one of Utah Business Magazine’s “Forty Under 40.”

Each year for the past twelve years Utah Business Magazine has spotlighted forty of the most promising young professionals under 40 years of age. The Forty Under 40 awards are designed to recognize Utah’s best, brightest, and most promising talent. The award highlights up-and-coming leaders and entrepreneurs who have created a ground-breaking technology or an executive who has uniquely brought something more to their position.

“I’m honored to be recognized for this award,” said Slagle. “I’m passionate about working hard to accomplish goals and am grateful to work for a company who cares so much for its employees.”

My backstage experience..
As Katie mentioned in the last post, our semi-annual company meeting was a success! By the way, I want to put this disclaimer out there: I was asked to write a blog post on my experience at the Semi-Annual meeting, so I did not volunteer to write this post. The opening video rolls, then Richard (our President) runs out and begins his presentation. He then announces the founders wife, Kathy, will present the Humanitarian of...

Lifetime Employees Featured on Local Billboard
We all know that smoking is not good for our health. But, sometimes we pick up habits that arent good for us. Well, Id like to tell you about a few Lifetime employees who have taken a huge step to improve their lives by quitting tobacco... and something big that came from it. At Lifetime, we care about our employees' health. As part of our preventive health care programs for employees,a few months ago, we held an internal quit tobacco campaign so Lifetime employees who wanted to quit tobacco could attend Lunch N Learns with the Davis County Health Department. Each week, they would meet to discuss their struggles and ways to help quit tobacco. From this, three of our employees were able tokick their habitandquit smoking! What an accomplishment! Because of their success, Davis County Health Department later approached us askin...
