Lifetime Chairs on CSI:NY!
I may not be quite as sharp as the CSI team, but my keen eyes did spot several Lifetime tables and chairs onlast week's CSI:NY "Turbulence" episode! (A rerun BTW.) Some companies pay BIG bucks to get ideal product placement (meaning actually using or showing the product) in movies and TV shows. You know, like how all the American Idol judges have a giant Coca-Cola cup sitting in front of them every show!? But, sometimes, a company is fortunate enough to have its product used just because it is the ideal product for a scene. I'm always watching the background shots of various shows, especially home improvement shows, to see if they use Lifetime tables. Every once in a while, I catch a glimpse of one. But, the foldingtables and chairs in this CSI: NYepisode were pretty hard to miss. Well, for me anyway. You probably wouldn't n...
Lifetime Card Table Comparison
A few months ago, I posted some photos to show you a comparison of the size of Lifetime chairs to a typical folding chair. So, today, I thought I'd go ahead and show you how a Lifetime Card Table compares to a typical card table. As you can see by the photo, this provides quite a bit of extra useable surface area. This extra space certainly comes in handy when I seat four people around the table to eat, piece together large puzzles, and more. And, don't worry, the table is still lightweight and easy to carry at just 19lbs. Speaking of weightthe Lifetime card table is engineered for superior strength and durability. In fact, the Lifetime card...
Lifetime and Engineers Honored at Utah Genius Awards
Yesterday was a good day... I woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed, and set out to assemble a shed with Lifetimes Prototype Shop Specialists (who I call Product Assembly Wizards) in the Little America Hotel grand ballroom. After a few hours of drilling, tightening bolts, and hauling through the kitchenoddly enough, the best path to the loading dock we had our own little corner with a Lifetime shed, composter, wheelbarrow, and Personal Table for a drawing to win the products. You may wonder why a person would be so excited to do all this work. Well, besides the fact that Im generally overly excited about most things I get to do, I was thrilled to see six of our engineers and Lifetime Products as a company honored at the2011Utah Genius awards program! Including its engineers, Lifetime took home eight awards total. Our own eng...
