We all know that smoking is not good for our health. But, sometimes we pick up habits that arent good for us. Well, Id like to tell you about a few Lifetime employees who have taken a huge step to improve their lives by quitting tobacco... and something big that came from it. As part of our preventive health care programs for employees,a few months ago, we held an internal quit tobacco campaign so Lifetime employees who wanted to quit tobacco could attend Lunch N Learns with the Davis County Health Department.
