New Video Instructions To Help Assemble Your Shed!

New Video Instructions To Help Assemble Your Shed!

Wow! Who would have thought our little homemade ‘How to Build our Shed’ video would have gotten so much attention. This little video one of our employees and her husband posted of building their shed at home a few years ago has more than 111,400 views.

Our customers have told us how much they appreciate having videos along with the instructions to help guide them through their shed assembly. I am happy to announce we’ve provided even more shed assembly help videos.

We have been working hard on producing videos that are specific to the various shed models we produce. We have taken the more difficult parts of our instruction manuals, as rated by our customers, and turned them into step-by-step videos. Customers can view these on their smart phones while out back building their shed, or view them in advance so they get an idea of how the shed goes together.

Along with these new videos our instruction manuals have been updated to be easier to follow. The instructions have a QR codes (those weird looking codes you can zap with your smart phone), that will take you right to the video for that particular step.

We love our customer feedback. Please keep it coming, and we will work on even more improvements!

Product Launch: Lifetime Wheelbarrows
Every home owner with a yard or garden to take care of can attest to the necessity of a quality wheelbarrow. Event the ancient Greeks and Chinese, and medieval Europeans knew the value of having a solid, reliable wheelbarrow.1 Wheelbarrows haven’t changed much over the years. Lifetime Products thought it was about time someone challenged that. Lifetime took the design of the traditional contractor’s wheelbarrow, studied it to find out what its shortcomings were, then reinvented it. The result? The Lifetime Wheelbarrow (65011), which gives you superior stability, added maneuverability, and thanks to a re-engineered center-of-gravity and pivot point it lightens your workload by an amazing 85%. Lifetime wheelbarrows: yard work made easy.

A Pest-proof (and Bear-proof) Composter
Using a composter is a great way to reduce, reuse, and recycle yard and kitchen waste. Unfortunately, humans aren't the only ones who have figured out the benefits of compostingpests and rodents have, too! I frequently hear on Twitter and online forums from people who have squirrels, rats, and other pesky critters taking advantage of the free dining facility in their backyard composter. Eeeew! As unpleasant as that may be, I do have good news... we've designed the Lifetime Compost Tumbler to be pest-proof! How? First, we made it a little trickier for pests to climb onto a Lifetime Composter bin by raising it off the ground on a weather-resistant steel frame. But, even if critters do manage to make it onto the bin of a Lifetime Composter, the double-walled, high-density polyethylene shell prevents rodents from eating a hole i...
