Scrapping old Memories; Making New
Scrapbooking for 3 days straight maysound like a weird form of torture... but even after the paper cuts, late nights, and reeeeally early mornings,I look forward toittwice a year. My familys crazy little tradition is called "Scrapbook Weekend". If youre anything like me; you have a busy schedule, a suffering photo album, talkative friends and family, and an endlessappetite for good cooking. Scrapbook Weekend givesme the chance to learn new layouts, trade materials, or just catch-up on all my photos. Twice a year, all my aunts and cousins (about 18-20 people total) drive to my moms house with cars full photos, paper supplies, and the fixin's for some great food. Think Inside the Box
We love getting feedback from our customers. We have had all kinds of interesting topics sent in to us. This one was no exception. Now, whenever he wants to smoke his meat he opens the door of the box and slides out the shelf. Voila, the smoker is ready to go. When he is done with it, and the smoker has cooled, he slides it back into the box sh...
Card Table and Chairs - A Wedding Gift of Yesteryear?
I'm not a wedding expert, but I think it's safe to say that wedding gifts have changed over the years. Or, at least the way we decide what to give as a wedding gift. Today, the happy couple typically registers at their favorite store for gifts they want or think they need for their new home. So, a majority of gift givers simply pick something off the list or give a gift card so the couple can make their own purchase. Sure, this method has some advantages. But, in most instances, gone are the days of creative gift giving. Case and point I can't remember the last time I was at a wedding and saw a card table and chairs sitting there as a gift. But apparently, once upon a time, a card table and chairs was a popular wedding gift. We had numerous entrants to this month's giveaway who said they currently own a card table that was gi...
