Too Much Outdoor Stuff and Not Enough Space to Store It? Enter to Win a Lifetime Storage Box!

September 2012 contest ended.jpgThis giveaway has ended. Like it or not, fall officially starts this weekend which means cooler temperatures will soon be on their way and - gasp - even snowflakes for some of us.  Time to start packing up all those fun new pool toys and floaties for the winter, plus those cute patio furniture cushions you bought this summer. Oh, and don't forget the kids' balls and outdoor toys, too.  Uh-oh.  If you're like me, this is when you start to think…  "Umm.  This stuff was great in the summer, but now where am I going to put everything when we aren't using it?"

I completely understand your dilemma.  It seems every year I keep accumulating more stuff that seems like a great idea at the time, until it comes time to store it.  That's why this month we're going to give one lucky random winner a Lifetime 80-Gallon Outdoor Storage Box!  It's perfect for throwing in all those outdoor toys, pool equipment, yard tools, and more to store your outdoor clutter.  It's water-resistant so your stuff will be nice and dry all year long even after the snow melts.  The best part is, it's strong enough to sit on to use as a bench, too. So, you can hide your clutter and expand your patio seating all at the same time.

If you want to learn a little bit more about the Lifetime 80-Gallon Outdoor Storage Box, here's a quick video to show you all of the features.  Then, we're you're ready to enter, simply email us with the info below, sit tight, and cross your fingers!

How to Enter:

  1. Send an e-mail to PR@lifetime.com with the subject line "September contest" and your full name in the email message.
  2. Let us know what you plan to store in your Lifetime Outdoor Storage Box if you win.

The contest begins Wednesday, September 19, 2012 and will end Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 12:00 Midnight MST.  We'll announce one random winner on Monday, October 1, 2012. We have 4 jack russells with lots of toys. I would like to train them to put their toys away. If they would put their toys away, perhaps my grumpy old man husband would not run over at least one of those toys with the riding mower and end up cussing loud enough for the neighbors to hear. It is pretty embarrassing when we get together with the neighbors and they have heard what comes out of his mouth. I think he actually looks for an excuse to cuss so loud because I really think he doesn't like the neighbors very much.

I NEED this storage box! I have actually been shopping for one just like this! I almost wasn't going to enter because I need one that locks, but I watched the video & saw this is just the one I am looking for! With this I can store all of my tools/gardening supplies & my family can't take them (since it locks)!

Lifetime Named a Top Patent Company in Utah
We've been sharing a lot of new products with you lately... so you know our engineers have been busy. Guess what? We aren't the only ones who have noticed. Earlier this month, Lifetime was honored at the Utah Genius Awards ceremony as one of the Top 20 Patent Companies in Utah for 2011! The Utah Genius Awards are held annually and recognize the creative people and companies behind Utah's economy. The awards are based on objective statistics from the U.S. Patent and Trademark office, not votes. Last year Lifetime earned20 new patents for our product inventions including patents forour basketball height adjustment, edge corner for our table, and our playset. These new patents join our extensive patent portfolio of more than 500 patents worldwide. It takes a lot of time and effort to file for a patent but for inventors, paten...
Helping Salt Lake Chamber Celebrate 125 Years
I recently had the privilege to attend the 125th Anniversary Gala for the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce. For 125 years, the Salt Lake Chamber has been Utahs business leader and currently represents over 7,700 Utah businesses. As a member of the Chamber, Lifetime Products was able to send a representative to the gala and celebrate the rich history of businesses that have made Utah great. The gala program was set up as a historical view of Utah businesses in a Late Night Show format that included: interviews, special guests, a Top Ten list, live music and more. Throughout each segment, they also featured key businesses with short informational videos. Lifetime Products was lucky enough to be one of the businesses featured throughout the program. It was great to see how our company fits in with other businesses throughout the s...
