pinterest logo.JPGWhat is Pinterest? According to their website, Pinterest is a "virtual pinboard" where you can pin your interests. "Pinterest lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web. People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes..."

Some time ago we started to see Lifetime products showing up on people's pinboards. How cool is that?

Based on how fast Pinterest is growing, and all the cool things people are doing with our products, we thought we'd make it easier for you to "Pin" our stuff on your pinboards! Background: You’ve always wanted to know who on earth Joe is, and even if you haven't we're going to tell you anyway! He was born in Weber County, Utah, USA. He is a descendant of Paiute (Native American) heritage and is a member of the Kanosh (Utah) Band. He is a member of various community, church, and civic organizations, and is actively involved with local, state, and national government. He is concerned with customer service and is striving to educate businesses concerning proper “consumer etiquette”. Joe is a Thawte Web of Trust Notary and is involved with seamless Digital Signatures utilizing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and similar technologies. He is a husband and father. He rides his recumbent bicycle to work every day. He enjoys gardening, houseplants, mobile computing, camping, authoring web sites, working in the yard, and spending time with his family. How does he do it all? We really don’t have the foggiest. Some have suspected he’s discovered the secrets of cold fusion, while others think he may be an android. We may never know for certain.

The Pre-School Experiment
If you run a pre-school, a day care, or just have children at home, you probably know all too well what creative littleones can do to furniture. I neither have children, nor have I taught children. If children were to work with our Research and Design lab, I think theyd come up with some interesting new tests. I remember using Lifetime Banquet Tables as slides in our game room. Then my sisters and I would put foam mats on top of them and use them as tall beds for sleepovers. I have a vague memory of reenacting the princess and the pea once lucky for me, no injuries were incurred. Anyway, the other day a co-worker gavegave mean ingenious idea-- The Pre-School Experiment. She suggested that we donate a Lifetim...

Last week, 49 of 50 states in America had snow on the ground in at least some part of the state. Florida was the only state to escape the big snow storms hitting the rest of the country. With cold temperatures upon us, there are many questions that come up about winterizing basketball systems and what steps should be taken to ensure your system is ready for next spring. Here are some FAQs that will hopefully shed some light on questions you may have concerning your basketball hoop. Q: Should I use antifreeze in a Lifetime portable base during the winter months?
