Why and How to Contact Lifetime Customer Service

customer service.JPGIf you ever need help with your Lifetime product, the Lifetime Customer Care Department is always happy to help! Did you know our Customer Care Department is located in Clearfield, Utah at our factory headquarters?  So, when you have a question about one of our products, you can rest assured our customer service representatives are very familiar with our products.  In fact, as part of their training, our customer service representatives spend weeks learning about all of our products by actually assembling the products, studying printed materials, and reviewing warranties.  But, if they are faced with a puzzling question, close proximity to other departments at Lifetime ensures thorough research and a definitive response.

Lately, we've been seeing a lot of people trying to reach our Customer Care Department via this blog and our Facebook page.  However, if you have an issue for Customer Service, especially regarding missing or broken parts, we want to remind you that your quickest route is to contact Customer Care directly. We love hearing from our fans and certainly don't want to discourage you from contacting us via this blog or Facebook.  However,  if you need a specific part, we have to forward your blog or Facebook comment to Customer Service.  So, it is always in your best interest to simply contact Customer Care first.

Our representatives are available to help Monday-Friday 7am-5pm or Sat 9am-1pm MST

In addition, we also recognize that sometimes you want answers when we may not be open or maybe you'd rather just figure things out on your own.   If that's the case, be sure to visit our Customer Care web page on www.lifetime.com where you will find:

• Assembly Instructions - most all of our product assembly instructions are downloadable from our website. (*Most recent versions only; some playset and shed instructions are too large to be placed on the web site.)

• Frequently Asked Questions

• Warranty Information

With that being said, we always invite your comments and questions on this blog, Facebook page, and Twitter account.  When you have general product questions, comments, or suggestions, these are great places to post those so our in-house experts -- and even other customers -- can give you their advice and share their experiences with you.

Lifetime Brands
Earlier this year, we bought a GMC Acadia. I LOVE it! It was the first crossover SUV of its kind and now several other automakers have followed suit. The Acadia is an SUV on the outside with the seating configuration of a mini-van on the inside. Perfect for those of us who like the idea of a mini-van, but not all the psychological baggage that comes along with them! Over the past few months, as friends see our vehicle they will often say comments like, This reminds me a lot of a Saturn Outlook. Or, Is this like a Saturn Outlook? Well, you know why? They are the same car! GMowns both the GMC andSaturn brand and, consequently, the Acadia and Outlook bascially come off the same production line. (And, the Buick Enclave too!). For various marketing and sales strategies, companies often make the same product with slight variations...
Let Your Orange Pumpkin Go Green After Halloween
My husband helped the kiddos carve our jack-o-lantern last night. Honestly, I don't know why we go to the effort every year because they kids never help. They both think it's gross and stinky. They do like the finished product, just not the actual scooping and carving process. Oh well. I guess we just keep hoping that one year they'll actually find it fun. So, after your jack-o-lantern glows for three or four nights, now what do you do with the pumpkin? Well, you could do what some of my neighbors do and let it simply rot on the porch. (Personally, I'd vote against that smelly option!) Most people probably just throw the pumpkin in the trash and think nothing of it. Instead, this year, why not let your orange pumpkin go green! Composting pumpkins is a great way to dispose of your pumpkin. Be sure to remove the candle and ...
This chair is 100% made in the USA by our own Utah employees. Our Latest Innovation
Every Lifetime product has its niche and purpose. Every market niche has a need. For the past two years, weve been designing, re-thinking, and bringing new definition to the residential tables and chairs market. And now, the first Residential-grade Lifetime chair is rolling into Walmarts across the nation. This chair is 100% made in the USA by our own Utah employees. Every piece, rivets and all, has been carefully designed and made to represent the Lifetime brand. Its purposeful blueprint has been crafted and honed to target our Walmart customer base, while also standing up for the strength and dependability of the Lifetime name. Though its convenient thin frame and residential grade look deceiving, our engineers have specifically made the design to be st...
