Why and How to Contact Lifetime Customer Service

customer service.JPGIf you ever need help with your Lifetime product, the Lifetime Customer Care Department is always happy to help! Did you know our Customer Care Department is located in Clearfield, Utah at our factory headquarters?  So, when you have a question about one of our products, you can rest assured our customer service representatives are very familiar with our products.  In fact, as part of their training, our customer service representatives spend weeks learning about all of our products by actually assembling the products, studying printed materials, and reviewing warranties.  But, if they are faced with a puzzling question, close proximity to other departments at Lifetime ensures thorough research and a definitive response.

Lately, we've been seeing a lot of people trying to reach our Customer Care Department via this blog and our Facebook page.  However, if you have an issue for Customer Service, especially regarding missing or broken parts, we want to remind you that your quickest route is to contact Customer Care directly. We love hearing from our fans and certainly don't want to discourage you from contacting us via this blog or Facebook.  However,  if you need a specific part, we have to forward your blog or Facebook comment to Customer Service.  So, it is always in your best interest to simply contact Customer Care first.

Phone:  1-800-225-3865
Our representatives are available to help Monday-Friday 7am-5pm or Sat 9am-1pm MST

Although our Customer Care representatives answer calls as quickly as possible, we apologize that some days you may experience longer waiting times while we work to ensure we completely satisfy each customer's needs.  If you experience a longer wait than you would like, we encourage you to contact Customer Care via email so we can contact you at your convenience.  (To help answer your needs via email more quickly, be sure to include your model number and your need – and phone number if you desire a return call.)

In addition, we also recognize that sometimes you want answers when we may not be open or maybe you'd rather just figure things out on your own.   If that's the case, be sure to visit our Customer Care web page on www.lifetime.com where you will find:

• Assembly Instructions - most all of our product assembly instructions are downloadable from our website. (*Most recent versions only; some playset and shed instructions are too large to be placed on the web site.)

• Frequently Asked Questions

• Warranty Information

With that being said, we always invite your comments and questions on this blog, Facebook page, and Twitter account.  When you have general product questions, comments, or suggestions, these are great places to post those so our in-house experts -- and even other customers -- can give you their advice and share their experiences with you.

Giving thanks at the Kiddie Table
The new LifetimeKiddie Table Sweepstakes has reminded me of some fond memories. My mother came from a family of 8 children, so when her side of the family gets together for holidays many of us cousins were told to sit at the kiddie table... usually a Lifetime adjustable height table. When I was finally big enough to sit at a table where I could swing my legs I was ecstatic to say the least. But as the years passed, I started to look at the kid's table again with a little more fondness. Being one of the only female cousins my age, I had a serious shortage of friends at these occasions. So I decided to start sitting at the kiddie table again. When you are in your teens and you start paying attention to children you get an instant fan base. After this move I became a family celebrity. You may laugh, but it's true. When I was ele...
Lifetime Vinyl Sheds: The Myth
Buying the right shed can be a difficult task. There are many options available ranging in size, material, design, etc. Choosing the right material can often be the most difficult part of purchasing a shed. Many people refer to Lifetime sheds as vinyl sheds; however this is not the case. Lifetime vinyl sheds are actually made out of high-density polyethylene plastic (HDPE), which differs greatly from vinyl (PVC). Some of the main differences are: HDPE is much stronger and durable than vinylHDPE will not crack, chip, or shatterVinyl turns weak and brittle, especially in temperature changesHDPE is UV-protected and will not warp or change in extreme sunlightOver time vinyl can put off toxic gases into the air, ground, and waterHDPE is completely recyclable and eco-friendly So, when looking into purchasing a shed, whether a Lif...
Buy a Shed, Get a Kids Picnic Table Free!
We are overstocked on our Lifetime kids putty colored picnic table, so throughout the month of August we will be giving them away with the purchase of any Lifetime shed from buylifetime.com. That's a $100 value for FREE! If you've been considering a Lifetime shed as a solution to your storage problems, now is the time to buy. Because Lifetime sheds are constructed from steel-reinforced polyethylene plastic, they last longer and require less maintenance than wooden or metal sheds. They don't fade, warp, or split like wooden sheds, and they don't dent or rust like metal sheds. Simulated wood looking panels, simulated shingled roof, and shutter accessories makes Lifetime sheds as attractive as your home! We offer many models with windows and skylights to provide interior lighting as well as a variety of shelving options to ke...
