$15 Off Lifetime Tables for National Scrapbooking Day

Tomorrow, May 1, is a big day for scrapbooking fans….it's National Scrapbooking Day!  Here at Lifetime, we know how important it is to have lots of space to spread out all of your supplies, pages, and photos when you're creating a scrapbook.  It seems you never have enough room and can always use an extra table or two, right?

Well, good news!  In honor of National Scrapbooking Day, tomorrow we will be announcing a special one-day coupon code you can use in the Lifetime Online Store for $15 off any table purchase!  Yes, I said ANY Lifetime table.  Even though we're offering the discount in conjunction with National Scrapbooking Day, just in case you don't need a scrapbooking table, feel free to use the coupon code for a picnic table, card table, camping table, or a specialty table!

So, are you ready to find out what the $15 off coupon code is?  Thought so.  Here's the catch.  We're going to announce the code tomorrow…but only on our Facebook page and Twitter account. So, if you're not already following us on Twitter or Facebook, today's the day to start!

Oh, and speaking of National Scrapbooking Day, last week Creative Memories held a contest  asking people to say in 50 words or less what they like most about National Scrapbooking Day and the winners received Lifetime products!  Congrats to the winners…there were some very creative and moving answers.  To see a complete list of the winners and their answers, visit the Creative Memories blog.

Don't forget to find us on Facebook or Twitter to get your $15 off coupon code tomorrow…and happy scrapbooking!

What I do for a living- First and foremost, I'm a doting mommy of a second grader and a 4-year-old, and a proud wife of a USAF F-16 fighter pilot!  In my pre-children life, I was the Communications Manager for Lifetime Products.  But, once you're a Lifetime fan, you're hooked!  So, after a few years of hiatus, I'm now a WAHM and am happily back on board at Lifetime as a freelance PR Consultant.  In addition to blogging for Lifetime, you can follow and chat with me on Lifetime's Twitter account @Lifetime365 and on the Lifetime Products Facebook page!

Topics I blog about- How I use Lifetime products in my everyday life at home, for kids parties and community activities, as well as inspiring stories... and GIVEAWAYS!  :)

My favorite products from Lifetime- 4x2 Table, 30” Personal Table, Chair, Youth Kayak, and Wheelbarrow.  Although, our Shed and Yard Cart are pretty close favorites, too!

I had one of your card tables for some time. I gave it to my grandson to help him out and want to purchase a new one for my sewing.

Our Lifetime Playset
What is better than a trip to the neighborhood park, where you listen to the children shrill with delight while they swing, hang from monkey bars, and slide down the slides? Having your very own outdoor play system with all this and more in your own backyard.Last fall, we invested in a BigStuff Adventure Hard Roof Play System, made by Lifetime, for my in-laws backyard. Our children get to spend a few afternoons each week at their grandmas house, fortunately for them, their grandma and grandpa have a large yard and there was a perfect spot in one corner of the property for a play set. The system is free standing so I didnt have to worry about anchoring the system to the ground. However, for safety reasons, I did excavate out about 6 inches of topsoil out of the play area and filled it in with bark so the children would have a ...
Wheelbarrows make any yard and garden project easier
Anyone whos done their share of yard work or gardening knows that short of a good, sharp shovel, nothing beats a good, strong wheel barrow. According to Wikipedia, wheelbarrows are a small hand-propelled vehicle, usually with just one wheel, designed to be pushed and guided by a single person using two handles to the rear . It is designed to distribute the weight of its load between the wheel and the operator so enabling the convenient carriage of heavier and bulkier loads than would be possible were the weight carried entirely by the operator. The old design had one wheel up-front and an awkward dump pivot both of which made the old models prone to tipping. Lifetime Products thought youd suffered with the old kind of wheelbarrows long enough and set about revolutionizing the way you do yard work. Lifetimes wheelbarrow...
Memorial Day “Salute our Troops” Event Recap!
The Salute our Troops Memorial Day Event held at the Backyards Inc, Riverdale location, was a great success and a whole lot of fun! Backyards Inc. donated 5% of their proceeds from that day to the Utah Military Families Foundation (UMFF). The grand total came to $1,640.60 for the UMFF, so thanks for all those who came out to support our local military! Backyards Inc. also kicked off a 10% military ID discount to continue at ALL six store locations! People of all ages came out to enjoy the event. There were free products, contests, prizes and even face painting and treasure digging for the kids! Frankie from 97.1 did a live remote broadcast in the afternoon, and we would like to thank 5 Buck Pizza for providing free pizza for the event. Congratulations to Roger G. for winning the drawing for a Lifetime portable basketball ho...
