Lifetime's Deck Box Wins "Biggest" Award

Well, winter is officially upon us.   Now that you finally (or hopefully) have all of your summer backyard accessories stored, did you once again find yourself running out of places to stuff all of your patio cushions and pool supplies?  Yes?  Thought so.  Well, then  it's time to stop buying yet another tiny storage container to add to your collection already cluttering your deck.  Treat yourself to a super-sized deck box instead!

Lifetime's new 130-gallon deck box is huge!  (So, quite frankly, if you've only got a tiny place you want to put a deck box, this isn't for you.)  But, don't just take our word for it.  Consumers Digest awarded the Lifetime Deck Box a Best Buy award in September 2009, stating "This unit delivers the most storage capacity of any deck box and includes the best warranty of any horizontal shed that we found.  A spring hinge keeps the lid from slamming shut - a great feature that's unique at this price."

So, there you have it.  Plus, it's strong enough to double as a bench, and it has a water-resistant seal to make sure all your stuff stays nice and dry.   Oh, did I mention it's huge and has a ton of storage space?!   (Hmmm, no wonder Consumers Digest referred to it as a horizontal shed.)

I know it may seem like an odd time of year to think about deck boxes, but it's never too early to start planning for where you're going to store all those new pool toys, floats, and noodles you're going to accumulate this summer. Plus, it could make a really cool Christmas gift if you're still searching for that perfect present for that man who has everything!

Lifetime Tru-Motion™ Cane Wins Best New Product Award!
Last summer on this blog, wewrote aboutone of our newest products, the Lifetime Tru-Motion Cane. Here at Lifetime, we predicted this cane's breakthrough design was going to change the way we all look at canes. and we were right! I'm thrilled to tell you that the Lifetime Tru-Motion Cane was named "Best New Product" by Drug Store News. The award was bestowed recently at ECRM's Home Health Care 2011 EPPS Show and is given in recognition of the best new product invention from the more than 50 suppliers at the event. Obviously, we are excited that we have an award-winning product. But, we are even more excited to know that this product is truly making a difference in people's lives. Former American Medical Association President Dr. John C. Nelson even said, "The Lifetime Tru-Motion Cane is a simple, yet dynamic, breakthrough in ...
New Lifetime Tent Trailer - Perfect for Work and Play
I am very excited about Lifetimes new Tent Trailer. Not so much because it is a tent trailer (although that part is very cool especially for the camping family) but I am excited because of its diversity. After years of looking and deciding, my wife and I purchased our first home this year. We purchased the home brand new and, let me tell you, there is a lot of yard work to be done. We have tons to do to get the yard looking its best. We have decided to add decorative rock, as well as sprinklers and sod. This new Lifetime Tent Trailer will be perfect to haul them all. Trees and shrubbery are a must. We havent figured out what kind of trees we want to get, but its nice to know I have away to pick them up from the nursery when we decide. Wait a minute. Hauling rock, sod, and trees in our tent trailer? Yes! See, the new Lifetim...
Green Thumbs are “Budding” at Lifetime!
Once a year, Lifetime employees volunteer time to serve our communities around us. With the work we did at the Utah State University Botanical Center this year, it got some of our employees thinking. And not just thinking.oh no! It was a surge of excitement! The excitement became contagious and a small group of employees pooled their teamwork to start their own vegetable garden in a small concrete garden box in front of their building. After buying the necessary plants and soil, everything was planted. And as of today, the tomatoes vines are climbing high, and even the crisp jalapeo peppers are already on the stems! I'm pretty sure my mouth was actually watering when I saw it. But even thats not the end of it. Because of their group work to grow fresh vegetables right at work, that passion for a garden floated across the ...
