Use Shed Doors for Storage Space

Last week Lifetime's Home & Garden Guru Charlie Nardozzi's Tip of the Week provided quick pointers of how to properly clean and store your garden tools for the winter.  His tip reminded me of a handy idea I picked up while visiting BackYards Inc. a few weeks ago.   (BackYards Inc. is the official outlet store for Lifetime Products with five locations in Utah.)

Lifetime's plastic sheds come with two peg strips, which I installed on the shed walls.  (If I recall, I think that's where the instruction photos show to install them, as well.)   However, to maximize storage space, did you know you can also install the peg strips on the shed doors! Handy, huh?

Are your peg strips already full?  No problem!  You can buy additional peg strips, as well as other Lifetime shed accessories like shelves, lights, shutters, and more at Buylifetime.com.  And, don't forget, shipping is FREE at Buylifetime.com!

What I do for a living- First and foremost, I'm a doting mommy of a second grader and a 4-year-old, and a proud wife of a USAF F-16 fighter pilot!  In my pre-children life, I was the Communications Manager for Lifetime Products.  But, once you're a Lifetime fan, you're hooked!  So, after a few years of hiatus, I'm now a WAHM and am happily back on board at Lifetime as a freelance PR Consultant.  In addition to blogging for Lifetime, you can follow and chat with me on Lifetime's Twitter account @Lifetime365 and on the Lifetime Products Facebook page!

Topics I blog about- How I use Lifetime products in my everyday life at home, for kids parties and community activities, as well as inspiring stories... and GIVEAWAYS!  :)

My favorite products from Lifetime- 4x2 Table, 30” Personal Table, Chair, Youth Kayak, and Wheelbarrow.  Although, our Shed and Yard Cart are pretty close favorites, too!

Things I Learned When Registering My Lifetime Manta Kayak
Last week, we journeyed to Ohio for our annual summer vacation to visit my parents. While we were there, Lifetime shipped me a Lifetime Manta tandem kayak to use so I could share some personal experiences and reviews with you. But, before we could legally use the Lifetime Manta Kayak in Ohio public waters, we had to register it as a watercraft with the State of Ohio. Ideally, the process should be quick although, unfortunately, the day we went the service wasn't exactly speedy or friendly. But, we simply filled out a form with our contact information and kayak information, paid $25 for a 3 year registration (cost may vary with each state), and received our registration number and tag decal. Then, we headed to Walmart to buy the numbers to stick on the side of the kayak. That's it. Done. But, in case you are new (like me) to r...
